Good to know

• The comparison is by line. A line that changed shows up as one removal and one addition rather than as a highlight inside the line.
• Ignoring case or spacing changes only how lines are matched up. What you see is always the original text, so nothing is quietly rewritten.
• The two numbers on the left are the line numbers in each side, so a line that only exists on one side shows a number on that side alone.
• Everything happens in your browser. Nothing you paste is sent to the server or stored anywhere.
