Good to know
- Both a bare Base64 string and a complete data:image/…;base64,… URI are accepted.
- Line breaks and spaces are ignored, URL-safe Base64 (- and _) is converted, and missing padding is added for you.
- The format is read from the decoded bytes, not from what the data URI claims to be.
- Decoding happens entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste is sent to the server or stored anywhere.
