The list stays in your browser. Nothing you paste is sent to the server or stored anywhere.
The draw is built from this. The same seed and the same list always give the same winners — announce it before you draw and everyone can check the result. It is used exactly as written, dashes and capitals included.

Good to know
- Both ends are included, and a range typed backwards is read the right way round rather than refused.
- Without repeats a small range is shuffled and a large one is sampled until enough distinct numbers turn up. The answer is the same either way; only the memory differs.
- Indices come from rejection sampling, so every number in the range is equally likely. Taking a remainder instead would quietly favour the low end.
